About the study
PERSIST ASTHMA-1 is a Phase 3 study evaluating felcorekibart (GSK5784283), an investigational biologic, compared with placebo when added to usual asthma treatment. The main goal is to see whether it reduces asthma attacks that need oral steroids or a hospital stay over one year. Lung function, asthma control and quality of life are also measured.
